Winner Regional Clinic — Local services in Winner

I was going to leave this review a couple weeks ago and decided not to. I doubt it will do any good anyway. I had all 3 of my children there and mostly have had good experiences. This time however, I needed to go in for other reasons and due to busy schedules was not able to see my usual doctor who I think is fantastic. My first visit, while I was nervous about seeing someone new, went well. I left feeling good about the encounter. They were suppose to call me early the following day about whether or not I could get in the following day for the next step. Nothing all day. About 4 pm I called the clinic, felt like the receptionist was sort of rude and then I find out that said doctor and her nurse were both gone that day. In between test results and what not it really just seemed to be more and more miscommunications, nearly zero explanations, and a whole lot of "I don't Knows". They referred me to a specialist which I went to today. He didn't even have most of my results and images and had to get help from another staff member to log onto Sanford to get them? He also discovered that there were evidently a few tests blood work wise that weren't done. Tests that absolutely could be directly related to my current issue. I'm not writing them off but I definitely will not see anyone but my regular from here on out, even if it means waiting 2 months. Very disappointed in mostly all aspects. Be careful which dr and nurses you go see. They will force test on your children that are not needed and before you even get to speak to a Dr. But don’t worry that’s their “protocol” stand your ground and see a Dr before the nurses test your kids 4 times for whatever the nurses deem is “going around” then send you a bill for thousands of dollars and tell you how their protocol works. Went their for years never had this happen except for with 1 Dr and her nurses. Oohhh and don’t you dare reject a Covid test…you will see the evil of the 1...
