Would not reccomend buying hay from here. They advertise cheaper prices outside the store and when you go in they ask for way more than advertised. Not only that but the hay was very poor quality (we bought what they claimed was nice, non-cow hay), they would'nt even let us try and pick greener hay and of course wouldn't let us have a refund when we saw what they were trying to load up. We bought their teff and it was very yellow and dry. The lady inside also told us we could request getting hay from inside the barn because I guess that's where nicer stuff is kept but the loaders wouldnt allow it. If I'm going to pay such high prices for hay I'd expect it to be on par for quality. Also the prices have been steadily increasing. My load was uneven causing one side of my flatbed handling m9st the load which can cause more wear a tear on 9ne side my tires. i had to center the load on my own. I seen the manager walking by . He didn't see bothered by me having to fix his employees work for 1.5 hours . I just done twice the work now and took away my time from going on with my day.
