The reason for the rating for only one star, because I went through the drive-thru and they were going to charge me for sauces, when I could order on Google and get them for free...... when I leave and make my order they told me that I didn't place an order made me feel like a thief, my order was supposed to be received and done by 2:33 p.m. I didn't get my order until 3:00 Winslow Arizona time, his location in Winslow Arizona absolutely horrible I would not recommend them. My food had to sit while I have to call corporate to complain for them to shut me up and offer me a free drink with the purchase next time, that will never happen because I will not go back to this location because of the way I was treated, the manager stood outside 10 to 15 minutes set that I couldn't get my food until I called my bank or got an email, I didn't get the email until she was standing there close to 30 minutes later, I called my bank tellers and they were even upset because they knew that I'm not that type of person that I was being treated as a thief for stealing $2.78 for Halloween corn dogs at 50 cents a piece employee there and the manager there wasting all that time my time all for a special for five corn dogs...... she said that she couldn't do anything but she was a manager well I recommendation for the Winslow Arizona I would definitely definitely not go to this location unless you want to be treated as a thief and that's up to you but my...

Times are tough, so when someone orders food out or a treat like I did. ( sonic truffle turtle blast that only had maybe one table spoon of mix-in and the rest just plain ice cream) I shouldn’t have to gamble if my order will be satisfactory or unsatisfactory nor live with the consequence of just throwing my money away. If SONIC has a protocol on a specific amount of mix-in’s they can add then add that amount and not lowball the customer for a company that can give 2 duces about you. Read moreThe absolute worst service I've ever experienced at a Sonic. If you aren't able to service your stalls appropriately then you need to close them and do drive through only. It took 30 minutes+ and attempting to order multiple times because the worker kept hanging up on the intercom and when we tried to check on our order, we were put on hold and never checked on again. It took me approaching a worker at the store door to get any type of update and when they finally brought it to the car, our hamburger wasn't in the bag. When we finally did get the hamburger it had cheese on it, which we specifically asked not to be on the hamburger due to an allergy. We didn't order anything complicated so I don't know why our experience was so complicated. If I had read any of the reviews prior to going, I definitely would have skipped this stop.
