Musto Jewelers is hands down the best jewelers I have ever been to! Prior to finding Musto, I had tried a few different jewelers and was never fully satisfied for one reason of another (due to poor customer service, subpar quality, unfair prices, etc). Musto is amazing in each of these domains!

The customer service is truly amazing! Which to me is equally as important as the quality of the item. I love how Musto is appointment based! This allows for you to have a specific time dedicated to you and your project or shopping experience that is free of staff multitasking and going back and forth between other customers. Musto always book more than enough time for your appointment so you never feel rushed or given split attention. The appointments make the process more efficient and personalized. Because of this personalized approach, you always get a product you are happy with and an experience that feels good! The staff at Musto are professional and patient, but are also friendly and treat you like family, making this a truly special place to go to for such special items.

The quality of the jewelry is impeccable!!! I am someone who pays particular attention to details and can be picky in terms of quality. I cannot describe how blown away I am by the quality, craftsmanship, and beauty that is in every piece Musto creates.

I very much appreciate this as a customer because I have experienced other jewelers trying to take advantage, over charge, and under deliver in the past.

I just want to take a moment to say how absolutely fabulous this place is. Thirty years ago, my husband bought my engagement ring here, and it was such a memorable experience that we came back years later to purchase our wedding rings. Then for our 25th anniversary. More recently, We decided to redesign my original wedding band—while it was beautiful, I loved the engagement ring my husband designed more then the wedding band that I designed I wasn’t 100% in love with it. Leah and her family were incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire redesign process. They took the time to sit with me, listen to my ideas, and help bring my vision to life. Leah even had a sample made so I could get a feel for how the final ring would look, which made such a difference. When I saw the sample, I knew I loved it—but after the ring was completed, there was one small design element I realized that I chose I wasn’t completely happy with. Without hesitation, Leah readjusted it until it was exactly how I wanted. She made the change at no cost to me and went above and beyond by personally delivering the final ring. This family truly cares about their customers. Their attention to detail, compassion, and dedication are unmatched. I can’t recommend them...

Musto jewelers has been our family jeweler since I was a kid. I’d been going in there with my mom as long as I can remember as it was her go to jeweler for everything she ever bought and needed fixed or cleaned. They are amazing. I recently reached out to them when I knew my dogs time was coming to an end. I wanted to have a necklace to put her ashes in when she passed and I wanted to have it for when the time came. I emailed Musto’s and Leah got right back to me. She sent me a screenshot of the catalog they had with the different options and I picked one out and she ordered it for me with an engraving without me having to go in. When it came in, I picked it up and I had it for when Bailey’s time came. Leah let me know that when I had Bailey’s ashes I could bring her in with the necklace and her dad, the owner, would put them in the necklace for me. I obviously didn’t want to handle this myself. When the time came I brought my girls remains in and they handled everything with such care and now I can carry a piece of my baby around with...
