Ana greeted me immediately and then after pulling up my account thanked me for being a Verizon customer! Ana took the time needed to listen to my extreme Verizon cell phone technical issues and then professionally and quickly acted to find all solutions! She had to add a 2nd eSIM and phone line on my iPhone and adjust many settings both in the phone and online with Verizon to fine tune everything for the way I personally wanted it. She also pointed out a new free features that come with adding a 2nd phone line to the same iPhone: such as free data speed increase, a reduced monthly Netflix plan locked in for 3 years, and much more. She made sure that I as a customer received all the possible perks and savings available from Verizon by explaining my specific plan and how the added phone line changes the cost of all the other phone lines in my bill by showing me the store’s computer screen and walking me through line by line. After she resolved my initial issues she offered a new screen protector that was on sale and had Verizon promotions so I of course accepted and so Ana took the time to clean my phone to prepare it for the new quality replacement screen protector as if it were her own phone.Ana is an asset for the Verizon team and a great representation in acting on Verizons’ behalf to help customers stay satisfied and therefore to keep coming back and remain loyal ...such as myself! This experience for me with Ana and the Verizon brick and mortar store in Woburn, Montvale Ave., is why I spread the Verizon referral by way of word of mouth to my family, friends, and professional colleagues! Read moreOmg - terrific service! Came in to upgrade my mother's phone to an iphone. Jared and Jeff were so wonderful!! Great customer service! We hit a few issues because her phone was so old and they were so patient and helpful. They ended up manually transferring her contacts for her. I will never use another Verizon again. They made the experience so pleasant. Go here - you won't be disappointed!
UPDATE: Came here again about a month ago. Again, service was TERRIFIC! Iris was amazing! So patient with my daughter who didn't "back up" her iphone before arriving at the store to upgrade her phone. It was the end of the day and she ended up having to stay late to finish the transfer to the new phone. She had a smile on her face the entire time. And she is the most knowledgeable person I've dealt with at any Verizon store. This location has been my favorite, but with Iris there, I will never go anywhere else!
UPDATE: Had some major issues with my phone and stopped in right when Carlos was opening. He was so awesome. He was not at all bothered that two people walked in before the doors were even unlocked! So nice to the woman before me who was frazzled with her phone issues. He was so cool under pressure and very pleasant to deal with. I was in and out in an hour! Great service. Thank you Carlos!! Am a grandmother in my Seventies, visiting from out of state, and the children decide my very old flip-phone needs to go and grandma needs an I-phone! We decide to lease it through Verizon, my plan provider for my "fossil phone", and have the old account transferred to the new phone. - We arrive, at the IM Wireless Verizon Place 45 minutes before store-closing - a totally unplanned move on my part - greeted by Jeffrey, the store manager. Did he ever know how to make a very nervous and anxious old lady totally comfortable and at ease!! - The choice and acquisition of I-phone behind us, Jeffrey transferred my old account to the new phone, even all my contacts (manually), and then, recognizing my "novice state", called Customer Service for me to get the desired "automated monthly payment" arranged. - This meant, Jeffrey had to lock up the store at 8PM, and then worked on my account set-up until 8 :40PM. All this with the nicest, kindest and most supportive attitude! And with enormous patience! - I must say, I can't remember ever having had as wonderful a "buying experience".
