Rodgers Real BBQ — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Me and my wife are barbecue nuts and we always are on the hunt for the best ribs. On our way up, we visited Rogers real barbecue and we knew we were in for a treat. The owner and Chef is the one manning the station so you know the attention to detail and quality is going to be top-notch. He greeted us and gave my wife his house special that was packed full of flavors, we parked right in Front and went to town on the ribs. Had a perfect smoke ring so you know he knows what he’s doing. I don’t know why he doesn’t have his own restaurant because there’s too much talent to be contained in one food truck. I love !!! BBQ and I waited two months to finally get the chance to go here . And let me tell you it was sooooooo worth the wait The owner is so nice 🙂 He was more than helpful. But most of all the food was amazing! 🤩 🤩 You can taste the smoke in the food and the flavor is heavenly 😋 along with the spices And trust me , I don't like anyone's food I promise you I'm as picky as they come . But , I was over the moon thrilled . Everything was great . We ate there 3 days in a row before we had to leave to go home . Happened to pass by the lunch truck on my way to the store, and i could smell the smoked meat through the window. Stopped on the way back through. The man who served me, not sure if he was the owner, but regardless he treated me like a regular, i appreciated that. He also recommended the coleslaw on top of the pulled pork sandwich i ordered, and i gotta say im happy i listened. The sandwich was excellent, fantastic blend of sweet, salty, and smokey.
