I made a order and got the wrong thing. They charged my card and when I got my order I told Adriana (the lady at the window ) it was the wrong order since I disnt order what was on it. She said she will just charge me for what I want... I told her no to just return what I have ans to refund me and then I'll repurchase. She wouldn't she reached I to my car grabbed the food and took my receipt. I asked her to please give me a refund Nd she wouldn't. I then told her that if I was not gonna keep a order that I didn't ask for ans that I wanted what I asked for. So because I wasn't leaving ahe said she returned it and gave me a reciept... this receipt was 3x the amount I paid and a completely different fee not order. I ended up parking and went into the store I told the lady named Adriana (this is the girl I was working with the whole time) she didnt want to help me I asked for help from another associate.. thwy talked together but didn't want to help me. So I stood in the front and asked for help again. Adriana came I told her what she did and repeated the whole situation again. She took the recpet but this time went forward the back of the pitch and was screaming. Ahe need up coming back with 2 receipts just copies of my original ones that she scanned on the printer and said I should have it returned.... there was no returned receipt just 2 odred on my cars 4 mins apart... I called in and asked to speak with the manager today (a few days later) and the ladya said she wasn't there and I asked when they will be in she said not here again and hung up. I'm still waiting...
Read moreBurger King has excellent food. And the worst service. There is a Hispanic woman that's there every day. It's obvious it's too much for her. Apparently she does the counter and the driver so she's waiting on somebody on the counter getting her to say I'll be right with you is iffy. She doesn't know when to let people wait and when not to let people wait and how to coordinate. I've seen her face beat red obviously flustered. You can't afford labor to have two people there in the morning hurt your business. When people have to wait a long time to get your order taken they're not going to come back. McDonald's across the street has the worst food I've ever had in my life. I it's just awful so I'm stuck I either sit in the Drive-Thru for a long period of time waiting for my food. I love milkshakes all I want to do is go through the drive-thru and get a milkshake if I see a car in the Drive-Thru I won't go get my milkshake. I'm so disappointed that I can't eat there more often. I don't have 20 minutes to be in the dryer I've actually had three separate occasions where it's taking me from the window drive through speaker to driving away with my food 20 minutes. And I know it's not the food. I don't come on the weekends when you have a crew. But when I have those girls know what they're doing. This woman needs help. That's all there is to it. I have nowhere to go because I won't go back to McDonald's after today it was the worst food I've ever had I threw everything away. Crap. Read moreI'd like to complain about this location. Very rude service. Nobody even says Hello, or Thank you. It's almost like the entire staff is mute. Very rude and off-putting.
Also, when is a large fries, half full? Used to be there were a bunch of fries in the bottom of the bag, but now , you are lucky if the fry container is even half full to being with. I feel so ripped off.
Lettuce on burgers is turned... wilted and black. Disgusting. I would like my entire meal refunded to me and the staff confronted on their lack of service and care.

This is the third time I have been through your Drive-Thru at the Woodburn location and treated disrespectfully by your employees, especially Paula. She is very rude and condescending.
She was the one at the window and was annoyed and rude that I was verifying the order because the lady who took my order was having a hard time getting it right.
They talked in Spanish several times and kept looking at me. It's easy to discern if they are speaking about the order or talking poorly about you. This was obviously the latter.
Paula has no business in a customer service job if this is how she continues to belittle and treat loyal customers. I would like to see my meal comped and management to address this ongoing attitude problem with...
