I am frustrated with this store. Service is not consistent. It is hit or miss to find someone to help you at the customer service desk. The bakery people have always been kind and helpful. I have witnessed employees standing around the front doing nothing when there are long lines. There is always something to do in an operation of this size....But my biggest complaint is inaccuracy of pricing. I always check my receipts and the past several visits I have found mistakes. Items are either mislabeled (last night I had Hass Avacados on my receipt- no avocados in my cart as I always buy these at Costco), or not labeled correctly where they are stocked. I often choose by price if two items are similar. When I get to the register the more expensive similar item is charged. Sometimes I catch it at the register such as Organic minced garlic in the jar last week which was stocked in the wrong row under a cheaper price. In this case I asked an employee to get the less expensive one that I had thought I chose which turned out not to be organic. Sometimes I find it at home such as Sunnyside half and half creamer which was also either mislabeled or stocked in the wrong place above the wrong price advertising a sale price that I didnāt receive. These mistakes add up and for this reason I try to buy as little as possible from my local...

Ā Ā Ā Read more5/5 store & front end workers are great but my mom had a not so nice experience with worker in the bakery, she felt a racist undertone from a worker named renee (had short hair):.. my mom isnāt proficient in english so she had a difficult time trying to how she wanted her cupcakes decorated and renee responded in a rude manner and acting as if she doesnāt know what she wanted, responding: āi donāt know why you wantā in a rude tune when she explaining what colors she wanted for her cupcakes. But, when I was told by mom what she wanted, it made perfect sense. Perhaps there was a miscommunication, but Renee should learn to be more patient and not be rude to customers who arenāt proficient in English. This behavior does not reflect Belairās commitment to excellent...
