My family and I coincidently dined here at the same time as another commenter (Cynthia Juang) on 11/05/25 around 6pm. We witnessed Cynthia berate the cooks and staff about the wait time and demand her food despite the restaurant being completely packed with all tables full, about 6 people waiting for their to go orders, 4 more in line and pick up orders flying out the door. all during the busy dinner rush. The chef was so kind and very apologetic and reassured her the food was on its way. We were all so blown away with how unreasonable and extremely rude she was being towards them, especially during an obviously busy time. Don't walk into a packed restaurant at dinner time, decide to dine then belittle the staff over something they have no control over while they are visibly busting ass. How embarrassing for her. And to come here and see her comment is just wild.. DESPITE this, we all enjoyed our delicious bowls of pho which were hot, full of flavor and enormous. The bao buns were yummy as well. Hit the spot on a cold rainy night, i would...

My wife & I came here for Sunday lunch. They have a small dining room with tightly pack tables & chairs. We place our order & sat at the only table available. We did have to wait for the table to be cleared & cleaned. The service here was disappointing! We waited 50 minutes before our bowls were served. No server ever came by or acknowledged our long wait. My wife had to go ask about our order as we were seeing other diners were being served that ordered after us. The server told her that our order was next. When we finally got our order, there was no apology for the long wait, or any other words. The food was good, but had to self serve our utensils, condiments & drinks. This is why I don't like to enter a tip on the tip line when paying prior to receiving service when using a credit card. If I could take back that tip, I would entered $0. That's what they deserve for the terrible service. I gave 1-star for service because at least they eventually...

Kinda hard to find place. Hidden behind the other shop at the corner. Make sure you park in the lot behind the building on the side of where the houses are. The food was good. Forgot to take a pic of the pho but my baby is a picky pho eater & he said he liked it. • Baos were good but I'd prefer a slightly thicker dough. • Gyozas & sauce were both good which is always better then bad, lol. • Spring rolls are simple & sauce was good. • Chicken Pho is different from the ones in Sac. I would say the chicken broth kinda is a mix of Kopiak & chicken pho broth combined. • Beef pho was good if not slightly better than most in Sac. • Pho condiments were available. The only thing I didn't really care for is the chili oil. It's a matter of preference but their chili oil has a sweetness to it which then made the broth sweet but to each their own. If you're in the area, definitely come...

The pho place was literally a hole in the wall. The entrance may be hard to find at first; look for the door with the "Open/Closed" sign and a small paper that says "Pho Namdo." Once inside, you need to order at the counter before sitting down. The interior is quite small, but the owner was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered #1 Pho Dac Biet (the combo) and #5 Pho Tai Nam Gau (steak, flank, fatty flank). The food came out quickly. I recommend coming early before they close, as they had to turn some customers away due to running out of broth. I love to add the hot sauce from the clear container on the table to the pho, not the Sriracha one. I'd come back for a good bowl of pho!

Not much selection to chose from. The noodles bowls only came in one size unlike many pho restaurants where there was small medium large size to choose from. There were not much strands of noodles in our bowls. One person from our group paid for extra noodles so his was a decent portion. They didn’t give us any water to drink like most restaurants do. Note: We witnessed a young man with an apron walk in and went straight to the back. Didn’t wash his hands and started working with food. Didn’t wear gloves either. That killed our appetite.
