Jamba — Restaurant in Woodland

Extremely rude employees!! We are from out of state and a man was in the business without a mask, we figured the business was relaxed on the mask rule. so we put our masks in our pocket and then walked in.

Apparently according to the extremely rude woman working the front with the most disgusting attitude. People who are picking up orders do not have to wear masks. She was so unpleasant and lacked professionalism and customer service.

Understand, this is not about being told to wear a mask. We had no issues with that, but to argue with customers and tell us to “get out” while a man WITHOUT a mask is standing in the BUILDING!

Won’t be returning…

Someone needs to work on training employees how to treat customers in a respectable way at...

First picture is the large Drink, which is not filled up. The second one is the correction. Although, this entire past week, I have been getting my drinks completely filled to the top. Unfortunately, I do not have an imagined showing it. But Jamba Juice in woodland tried playing it off by saying that they are using different cups, but it’s the same one I have been getting at least for the past two weeks and those past times I have ordered, all drinks were filled to the top. Fast service, friendly people. Edit: Spent over 8 dollars on a chunky strawberry bowl and my container was only half full. They were out of fresh strawberries so the lady suggested blueberries or me to go buy my own to put in my bowl. All the "fresh" bananas were dark and very ripe so i asked if there was any more bananas but the response didnt really answer my question all she said was they were taken out the fridge and i could get extra granola instead of the banana because they weren't allowed to throw those away.
