Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Woodland

Been going here for years. Caesars is not known as the best pizza in the world, but it is pretty good for the price. The kids love it, and its tough to beat the value of a whole pizza for $6.

Tonight i tried their new cinnamon bites. Wow were they awful. It seems that they ran out of the plain butter they should use for them and used the garlic butter that is used on the Crazy Bread. I noticed it immediately when i opened the package. Still, i tried them. Yup. Yummy cinnamon sugar and frosting, with a unmistakable garlic aftertaste. Yuk. I ate a few more thinking maybe i was missing something. Nope, still awful.

I returned to the store to see if they would make it right, and was met with a refusal to even admit that there was anything wrong with them. Wow, Really?? THe manager onsite treated me like i was trying to pull a fast one on them to try to get something out of it. I was told that they "Dont have use any garlic" and that they "Dont have garlic" ... ok, maybe so, but they do have stuff that they put on the crazy bread, which is clearly a garlic based sauce. And that is what they tasted like. Crazy Bread with the normal butter stuff, with the cinnamon sugar stuff added.

Maybe that is how they are supposed to be prepared, if so, good luck selling lots of them, but they are not. good. at. all. God-awful actually.

But most of all, I was disappointed that there was no effort, none at all, to try and make it right with me as a customer. Shame.

I wont be buying any more of their cheap pizza. and definitely no more of those awful...

The young lady with anime paints on her face talked to me rude and then rude again. I ordered my pizza for pickup. I walked in and asked if ordering was a customer service online individual or is it an individual that actually is working at this East Gibson location. The young lady looked at me winked then stuck her tongue out smiled then laughed bwah ha ha. This is not the first but third time for being below negative zero. I then realised it’s the same young lady per my two very poor experiences. She actually laughed as if treating me in a negative once again experience. I do have it facebook live and a littlle apprehensive to post because I am happy to be a resident here in Woodland California, however, this third weird behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. She portrayed as if it was so funny to her. Slamming cooking utensils and doors to the heat vacs. They need to go over the footage for that behaviour and phone logs. A credible business would definitely investigate the young lady along with the poorest customer service interactions with customers period. Beware her poor behaving as if it were funny projection of what ever may really be going on in life because a loyal pizza buying client should NEVER have to pay to experience a ruined pizza day once again.

So when I went in there to order my pizza. The guy with the ponytail was really rude.. he asked when a customer came in "what do you want"? Also, once I ordered. We waited, him and the girl in the back never came too the front. I overheard she was didn't want to let us us know our order was ready. As if she was scared. It's her job. The guy let us know but told her, she needed to let the next customer know next time. They were playing around the whole time we were there waiting on our pizza. Very unprofessional. Needs to...
