Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Woodland

We ordered pizza tonight for our family after looking at their menu that shows vegan cheese as an option. Placed the order online using the drop down menus and selected vegan cheese. After our card was charged I received a phone call from them. The girl on the line happily tells me they “don’t even carry vegan cheese”. I question her saying wait you have it on your menu but you don’t have it. It wasn’t like they ran out she assured me that they don’t ever carry it. I explain the only reason I ordered from them was because of their vegan option. The happy non-apologetic girl proceeds to tell me I can either have mozzarella or no cheese. At that point I don’t know what to do so she continues to offer mozzarella. Obviously uneducated on the fact that vegans don’t eat dairy. I give in and take pizza without cheese because she isn’t offering any reasonable solution. So an evening that should of been free of cooking and just relaxing turned into us going to a grocery store to buy vegan cheese and recooking the pizza with the cheese on it. Waste of $60, time and beyond frustrating dealing with the employee who very clearly didn’t care at all. Have ordered vegan options from many pizza places and never experienced...

Best Pizza in Town! We have a LOT of pizza places being right near a college town. If I’m calling in a pizza for delivery- I call Pizza Guys. It usually takes a long time but my neighbors enjoy that because they immediately set the time to Alexa Echo and as soon as the alarm goes off, they call back full of glee when it’s been over the time the poor Cashier at Pizza Guys originally said because instead of wanting free pizza, they want free soda and ice cream added to the order. 😂 On some days/times the wait list for a pizza can be ridiculous (it was over 2 hours on time!) so I make sure and phone in & order/let everyone argue over what’s on the toppings at least a good hour before we are actually hungry. Oh, you have to get cheesy bread too. Because even though everyone fights over the pizza toppings, the garlic cheesy bread is all eaten first. Make sure you order at least 3 extra 50 cent ranches or you’ll have a mutiny on your hands. Not the cheapest pizza in town but definitely the best...

UPDATE: The store managed reached out immediately after reading this and called to discuss the matter. She was very nice, willing to listen and make things right. I thoroughly appreciate the effort and care she has for her customers. Upped to 4 stars for their quick response.

This location has kind of gone down hill as of late. They used to be on top of it, but lately the website hardly ever works and when you call people are short with you. One time, we had earned enough points for a free pizza through a point system they have, but were told they upped the points that need to be earned and wouldn't honor it... (Even though I had a screenshot). We also ordered a pizza for delivery and when they got here they said I owed them an extra $6 more than I already paid over the phone. They were short some items on our order. When I called, the girl basically just said "sorry".

We used to love this place, but we may start looking for another...
