My rating is only at this time base on its tv shows and what i see in the television. I am a little over 50 years old and still feel like im a young man inside and a kid in heart im a native new yorker who loves the tropical weather and has been watching cars and truck show going back to pimp my ride. I definitely cant afforded any truck but if every could it would one of the brothers deisel trucks and it would be my frist and only diesel vehical that i would own. But it would have to be really large inside cause it would be used to transport poor kids in the domincan republic to their tournament baseball games so this truck would have to be able transport 20-25 kid under the age of 16 to 5 years old. I spend the little extra monies i have and its dificult shipping use baseball equipment to about 600-700 kids in an town called bonao i get the enjoyment seeing these kids appreciate and smile with graditue of what they are receiving. My cousin just moved to Utah and sent for me to help him out on a few thing in his house basement and i said please on my lifes bucket list i have to see in person the diesel brothers shop he said ok but who are they , first words was wow you dont know who they are look them up and please tell me thst they are clost to your home. And if i can meet the brothers and the rest of the guyd there it will be an bonus and over welming for me. I am so nervous and that not my character of beinging im an people person love people and love new conversations. As you can see by this long story thats suppose to be an review well thats all for now i will back after i visit the location in the next couple of days so excited...

I can’t say anything about the products because I never received them! Over two weeks went by since my placed my order. I messaged and was told they felt like I would have my order by Christmas. Waited three weeks ( the Monday before Christmas) and was told “unfortunately no they didn’t want think I would have it”

I’m unhappy but okay just refund me and I’ll go buy another gift. But no still I have to wait in the shipping team…the one who hasn’t shipped my order in 3 weeks to cancel my order.

What’s the time frame on that you ask?!? Well they don’t know…”they do not have a time frame for that” So Diesel Power Gear has had my money since November 29th, they have mislead me about shipping times, they cannot provide me an eta on shipping or a refund.

Response to The DPG team 1/27/2022: I did received a refund. Shipping wasn't the issues here...or atleast not shipping to me. My products had not even shipped. My issue was not being transparent. You gave your customers a drop dead date to order to receive orders via Christmas, we held up our end, even after waiting and feeling unsure I messaged your team and was still told to rest easy. Finally with only a few days to go until Christmas I reached out again and was told my products hadn't shipped and you all didn't think they would reach my by christmas. I was able to reach someone, but in all seriousness by the time I received my refund, you all have my $$ for 4 weeks. With...

Got lucky to meet RedBeard who came into the storefront to chat with fans. Im 6'2, didnt realize how tall the was. The clerk says they stay super busy and don't get the chance to meet with fans as much as they would like so our timing was great. We're all the way from North Carolina. RedBeard was gracious enough to even Skype for a minute with my 14yo son who is a Diesel Brothers fanatic and was unable to come. He wasn't expecting it at all so you can imagine his reaction. Got the T-shirts. Genuinely great guy and plenty of trucks and bikes and other crazy stuff to see. Not too bad of prices on memorabilia considering how popular a place it is. We came on weekday after school had started and it wasn't too busy. Set aside about an hour to check things out, but don't expect to meet one of the crew. Just consider yourself lucky if you do. They have a viewing area to watch them work on vehicles. So much to do around Salt Lake. This was the icing on the cake for an awesome unexpected vacation! Definitely coming back to the area to spend more time and bring my son...

I’m a pretty big fan of diesel brothers. I’ve seen all their episodes. I’m from Rhode Island I’m a building Mechanic by trade so I’m pretty familiar with the headaches involved with building and maintenance of equipment. That’s why I enjoy the show so much. Well the wife and I were in Utah last week for my stepdaughter’s college graduation. So my wife and I had a little time to kill so we thought we’d swing by and check out the shop. Sadly it was 2 o’clock on a Wednesday and none of the guys from the show were around. But their builds were there we both got lots of pictures but unfortunately they were out of almost everything in the gift shop. No stickers, very very limited hats, and shirts. The staff said Heavy D had cleaned them out for the last giveaway. We are planning a return trip in the fall. Hopefully the gift shop will have fresh swag and possibly we will get a chance to meet the guys they are artists and their work speaks for itself!

We had a bussiness trip to do and since we were driving from Oregon to Utah we decided to drive and hour and a half out of our way to get to see the shop. Boy were we wrong not only does it say they are open 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday on the store front but it also states it online. The kids got to see the Freedom bus and Bro dozer but that was the extent the shop was closed there is no number to call and explaining to a 6 year old, 8 year old and 42 year old (man child) why the store was closed was ridiculously hard to do. I did get an email back with a " We are not open Saturdays, sorry we missed you." Moral of the story don't go out of your way to see the store. If you do cross your fingers that they are open as you can't go by all the other information.
