Let me start by saying that I have never owned a Watch. Started to notice the need of having one when I had to keep track of the time spent on certain plumbing jobs. Having to reach into my pocket to look at my cell phone is starting to be tedious. I stumbled on to Rockwell when I was on social media, so I decided to check it out. I ended up purchasing a black Colosseum watch. The watch arrived Faster than I expected, packaging was great, even the box that the product arrived in seems of good quality. Within the first week that I wore the watch I received a few compliments from coworkers and customers. Some even asked where did I buy it. For a year and a half I wore this watch every day. It was rugged, water, resistant, and handled pretty well when my hands were in tight spots. Due to the quality, it definitely became one of my EDC items. Unfortunately,, the bezel broke off from the face of the watch a few days ago. I contacted via email the customer service department. By my surprise, I got an immediate response within 15 minutes. I never have had a quick response like that let alone through email. Taylor. M Director of sales reached out to me and explained that unfortunately, the part that came off of the watch cannot be repaired due to it being part of the molding. But, he would give me a sizable discount code towards a new one. I said great! I went to the website and ordered a black Colosseum watch exactly like the one I had. funny, even with inflation and prices going up, Rockwell had the watch at the same price It was almost 2 years ago when I purchased it. I added a Watch to my cart, along with a face protector, which I didn’t know they sold. The discount code literally made me pay the equivalent of shipping and taxes, the watch was practically free. Besides providing a great product, Taylor, and Ryan, who was also in on providing information, showed me that Rockwell has outstanding people within their company. Utah is a great state with great people, I know that first hand. That would also explain why such a great product and service comes from there. I’m truly impressed on how the matter was handled. Because the way that these two gentlemen handle the situation, they have definitely made me a lifetime customer. I will definitely recommend Rockwell to all my coworkers, family, and friends. If they start making stuff for dogs, I’ll put Rockwell on them too lol! I appreciate the support that this company provides to first responders and military personnel. For two years this has been my favorite watch. Accidentally wore it work one day and received so many compliments I decided to wear it to work more often. Working in public utility emergencies this watch was up against water, mud, soils of all kinds, rocks and climates of extreme heat and freezing cold. It’s held up beyond measure. Recently met it’s match being buried in a mud hole. After recovering what I could it didn’t surprise me to see the watch was still fully functional. Being local I decided to pop in with hopes it could be repaired. Things only got better from there. I wasn’t aware of the swap out program. Came home with a brand brew one for half price. Hands down, best customer service I’ve encountered as a consumer in quite some time! Taylor’s incredible! Have you seen this compound? Highly recommend. It’s way more than watches. UPDATE- Rockwell was willing to replace the watch under the warranty price for $46. The new watch lasted 45 days before none of the buttons would function. I was offered a replacement but was not allowed to get a $46 refund. Absolutely HORRIBLE quality put into these watches. And yes, I will give a negative review to a poorly made watch. And I'll be leaving a review on a FB page for LEO and military for people who need a dependable watch. MILITARY and LEO’s stay away! I’m in a desert climate but had the chance to help Army Special Forces this weekend with parachuting into a lake. I was on a zodiac and my Colosseum watch was in the water at 3’ deep for maybe 4 minutes total. I couldn’t see a dang thing in the watch. That was just the rehearsal. The next day when timing was expected to be perfect, I could barely read it if I was holding perfectly still.
