I bought a Cannon 64 gun safe at the Woodscross location actually the second one i bought at that location. It was shrink wrapped it didn't have the box. When I got it home the the code wasn't right someone changed it. The more I looked it, it was well used the shelves were all matted up, dents and scratches all over it, the door doesn't shut right. They said they would give me some money back on it but never got a penny from them! I want to take it back and get a new one although it's alot of work getting back into a truck and haul it all the way back to Woods Cross I'm not a kid anymore. You know I'm just pissed and disappointed I called them the day I got it home and talked to 2 people that worked there and said they would be happy to help. I went to Alaska for the summer and got back called and talked to the manager he requested i send an email with all the info so i did, Never heard from him! Called back a week later was unavailable! they act like I'm trying to pull a scam on them. Sad thing is they scammed me and gave me a turd of a safe!
When you buy a safe make sure its in the box if you buy one and if it's a floor model ask for a discount it's only fair because it ain't new anymore! I guess you have to go over there head to get anything done ie, district mng, corporate offices. It's just a hassle and waste of more time I didn't have in the first place but, I guess my time isn't worth anything to them, what ever happened to customer service!!
I called and spoke with a man named Gary. Told him what I needed and he let me know he had them and would put them at the counter for me. I drove from Kearns to Woods Cross to get my items. Although I have a PLETHORA of masks in my car, I forgot to put one on. Instead of yelling at me for not having a mask the LOVELY lady at the cashier station named Jessica said, "That's okay we have masks available for our customers." I asked how much and she said there was no charge. I thanked her and proceeded to tell her that I had called and spoke with Gary. She pointed me to his station and there he was, a VERY knowledgeable and friendly man who had FIVE never flat, perfect sized tires waiting for me!!! He had to step away and yet another friendly man assisted a little further, his name was Victor. Then Gary came back to ensure I had EXACTLY what I needed and told me we spoke 15 minutes prior and I had told him I'd be there in 45 and to slow down and be careful. I am OVER THE MOON HAPPY with the the friendly knowledgeable service they gave me, ALL THREE OF THEM!!! These three people are what I'd LOVE to see EVERYONE in this world be!!! YOU JUST WON A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR...
Read moreI am a single woman and wanted to buy a generator, which I knew absolutely nothing about. Robert talked me through all of the information I needed, suggested the best one for me, suggested what extension cords, etc would be best, filled 5 propane tanks for me, found a $50 off deal, and loaded it all into my car. He was busy, but took the time to help me with all of my questions. I was so impressed with his willingness to spend time with me. THEN...I got up to the chash register and Chris looked through all of the possible ways to save me money on my warrantee, propane, etc. and spent time helping me understand all of the financial steps to take. She was amazing too!! I ended up saving more than $200 dollars and went home knowing exactly what to do with my new generator. I hadn't ever been to Tractor Supply before, but I will be a regular customer now. It literally has everything anyone would need for a farm or large yard, it is sparkling clean, and has THE best...
