Shenandoah County Fair Association — Local services in Woodstock

Paid $46 dollars for three seats at the demo, thinking that was going to cover our price for ONLY coming to watch the demo. Come to find out, we had to also pay $14 just to enter the fair to walk to the grandstands. The demo lasted 1.5 hours.... Way overpriced and wasn't worth $60 for 1.5 hours. Paige County fair was $25 for 3.5 hours. I won't be bringing my family back and definitely will be telling the rest of the family and friends about it.

Oh.... Even better... They stop selling bracelets at 9pm for rides, but close at 10pm. You have to buy tickets, which each ride is at least 3 tickets to ride. 5 minutes per ride (more like three minutes per ride) you can ride close to 12 rides in an hour. That's $36 in tickets....

I wanted to buy upcoming tickets and I thought that they were over priced on the sites that I was going on. So I called the ticket office of shendoah county fair and one of the employees was so nice to help me I got better tickets and a lot cheaper. So if you’re buying any concert tickets reach out to the fair themselves. The third parties who are selling these tickets are making a lot of money. I would preferred to see that extra money go...

The harness racing was fun. On the first weekend, there didn’t seem to be enough seating that was out of the sun, though (it was hot!). And def noticed that the ONE person I saw that was going around to take bets, the few times I saw anyone at all, she sure didn’t seem terribly interested in actually TAKING the bets (perhaps find some people a bit more spry that can handle going up and down all the steps???)
