update: 2/4/23: Last order I didn't even get forks but the fries were hot and my tea was old. This time my son ate his pizza without issue but cried over the fries again. I tried one and yes, floppy old fries. I can tell these sat before coming to us. I don't understand the lack of consistency. If I had any other option of ordering that wasn't door dash I would. I live in my bobcat with my son most of the time. going anywhere they might tow us. I keep ordering because I have to and my son likes the food most of the time. Just so disappointed again and again and again. If it was not for my child, I would not even order from there. We are always on the go go go. My kid cries when its not hot. We are expected to wait 40 minutes and EVERY TIME we wait 1 hour or more. The food arrives cold and they can't use a GPS for nothing. My order today, kids pizza meal which comes with fries for my baby, one slice of pizza for me and two teas. Drop off at the security and the exact address is listed. THEY WENT TO THE WRONG PLACE. Most of the time they deliver to a completely different address. What does it even ask for an address for? Why is my food always cold? Why do we have to wait an hour for delivery? Why is it that every other order is missing something? Why is that? DO BETTA! Please, for the sake of my child. Do betta! His fries are the soggiest today and the pizza is the coldest its ever been!...

If you're looking for the quintessential restaurant success story, look no further. What started out as a humble hole-in-the-wall Italian joint has blossomed into a full-fledged brick-and-mortar treasure—and it hasn't lost an ounce of its original charm.
For the past 23 years, I’ve made it a point to stop here on every journey between Tennessee and DC. Not once have I been disappointed. The food? Consistently phenomenal!!We’re talking homemade pasta that tastes like it was crafted in a Tuscan kitchen, rich sauces that warm your soul, and a Philly Steak n Cheese that could make a grown man weep.
But what truly sets this place apart is the heart behind it. The staff greets you like family, remembers your usual, and serves with a kind of genuine care that’s all too rare these days. They've kept their roots intact while evolving into a space that’s welcoming, vibrant, and full of life.
This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a ritual, a touchstone of tradition and excellence that never fades with time. If you're anywhere near the route, do yourself a favor and make the detour. ITALIAN TOUCH IS JUST THAT!! A Touch to your Soul with Comforting Food...

While waiting I noticed food and trash all over the front area floor but especially in the kitchen area. When my burger was ready I asked for the manager who happened to be the person who handed me my order. I proceeded to tell him, I moved to Woodstock in April 2021 then told him if your going to charge me nearly $15 for a cheesburger and fry’s that only cost &10 when we moved here 3 years ago, you should at least be able to have someone sweep up the disgusting floor in the kitchen area. The manager snapped back saying we do keep the floors clean but we just had our dinner rush. I guess that’s an excuse for the filthy floors but it’s no excuse for the dark black soiled white wall tiles near the floor. I should have took a picture and posted it to social media. Anyway’s I’m tired of everything going up in cost and businesses blaming politicians. Woodstock is a very conservative town so don’t blow that political nonsense to me. Cheesburger with fry’s up nearly $5 in 3 years……… Shaking my head. The food is good here...
