My family took me here for my birthday dinner. The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated. I was surprised at how extensive the menu is. Our server helped us narrow down our selection with great suggestions because everything looked so good. We tried the hibachi, which was delicious. They have a bottle of Yum Yum sauce on the table which made it extra yummy. We also got some tasty tempura and the sushi boat. The fish was fresh and delicious. The boat included nigiri, sashimi, and rolls. You pick two special rolls for the boat. The TNT roll was amazing! To top it off, they provided a celebratory dessert with a sparkle flare candle and lit up birthday crown! The dessert was fried ice cream. It was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. It made the evening so special. They really care about their customers and take pride in their cuisine. Btw the hot green tea was the best I’ve had at an Asian restaurant,...

This place USED to be really gluten free friendly. Not so anymore! Tempura no longer is gluten free - only appetizer for gf eaters: PLAIN edamame! And the teriyaki is a no go, as is the ginger dressing for salad. I spoke to someone about how it used to be: they changed flour mixture to include wheat for tempura! Why???? Tempura should be RICE flour! As for other things made in batches: gluten free soy sauce or Tamari can be used instead of the “soy sauce” that is 50% soy/50% wheat. They do still advertise as gf. Technically they are. However, my previous reviews here and on Find Me Gluten Free app indicate a more abundant menu with gf options. This customer who has many takeout orders from here is VERY...
Read moreI went during an extremely busy night. For a new restaurant, that was understandable. What was not understandable was ordering a bowl of ramen and being told once every 30 minutes for an hour and a half that my food will be done in 5 minutes. One server, Kelcie, was performing exceptionally well, unfortunately that was not my server.
The Hibachi was great. Not Mikado quality but it was good. However, they never brought the salad that was supposed to go with it. As for the noodles you might as well save your money on the ramen and buy a 50c packet from Walmart and you'd get just as much flavor. I'm hoping the Pad Thai is better. Aesthetics were great. They did well with the remodel. However there is not much seating, but there's only so much they can...
