Needed to edit my review after encountering terrible food quality for our last order (over $50-it would have been more but we also spent our earned points for a free burnt pizza). I was told upon check out that there was a problem with the deep fryer and it was a good thing we did not show up earlier but we still received our order of wings and pizzas without any wait. The employee could not have been nicer and I assumed all would be well. We got home, the boneless wings were burnt and overcooked (bone in were fine) and both pizzas were burnt (cheese and crusts were visibly brown and hard). We frequent this pizza hut and have the same or similar order each time. I felt compelled to let them know there was a quality issue with the food itself (and not with the associates-we really appreciate their time and friendly attitude). Through pizza hut's website, there is an option to select the location and how you'd like to be contacted. I specifically chose email only as I like to have a written record of what is being communicated when it comes to monetary issues (in case there is a credit or refund involved). A day later, I received a curt email from someone named Linda telling me to call "the manager" (no name given) at the store and left the phone number. I replied to let her know I would like an email chain instead and the response was "they cannot send emails from the store." She also let me know continuing with corporate would be fruitless because they are a franchise. We're just not used to the poor quality in food (especially for the price) and after trying to rectify it with no resolve by means placed by Pizza Hut, I don't think we'll be dining with this...
Read morePizza Hut is a place of the past, not many sit-down pizza huts left. It is aged, and the pizza hut in Woodstock has an area as you come in that is draped for phone orders, and you see a bunch of folded boxes. It was busy when we arrived and crowded, dining rooms needed to be refreshed. Ordered apps and food, and all of it came together, defeats the purpose of apps. Had to request drink refills. No one checked on you after you got your food. Check never came. I had to go up to the counter and request the check and a box. I grew up going to Pizza Hut of the past, and I really like the pan pizza. It is not the same as in the past. The pizza really needed more toppings it was skimpy at best. The bacon and beef seemed to be there barely, and you could not taste the toppings. The breadsticks were good. I did not try the boneless wings. They did not seem appetizing to me. Sauce looked like they just poured...
Read morePizza Hut ain’t what it used to be. What happened to good service? So, I placed a order through the online app and it was delivered through DoorDash (assuming they have no delivery drivers or limited to) and so DoorDash delivered my order and persisted to bang on my front door even after I clarified that it was contactless so whatever that’s fine but they forgot parts of my order and they said they would be right back and I said that’s fine but after 40 mins no one so I had to go to Pizza Hut and they said they were out of that product. The way I see it someone could have reached out and told me and suggested another product. Not only that the food...
