Towne Lake Square Shopping Center — Local services in Woodstock

Wish I could give this place zero Stars it was so bad of an experience. At 9:00 in the morning they only have one cashier open. She's trying to ring up a woman who has three WIC checks to purchase food with and miserably failing because she couldn't ring things up. I was told I could always go through the self checkout line. This is with having a full to the top buggy which turned out to be 192.00. that went for the same for customers who were behind me with full buggies. I went to self checkout and asked their girl to get a manager here immediately. All he did was come over and fix the first WIC check and took off!!! leaving her to fail on the next two WIC checks. After standing in line for 18 minutes they finally got a second cashier. My cashier was still trying to work on the second WIC check and the new cashier came and told her to go to his register and he would finish up. It's now been 23 minutes. This cashier precedes to tell me that they have no cashiers and they have no baggers that's why myself and now seven people trying to check out with buggies full to almost full were stuck standing there. The manager of this store is pitiful the fact that he did not even jump on a register speaks volumes. Thankfully this is not my main Kroger. At my Kroger you see managers running registers when the help is needed. For all the people that live in Town lake, I feel sorry that they have to use...

It's a mall, nothing fantastic or overwhelming about it. I do believe they have fewer stores now. Almost all the stores that sold professional business attire: suits, dresses, blazers, dress shirts, scarf, and shoes are no longer in that mall. Unfortunately, l had to go to another store outside of the mall to purchase my suits. That's sad. I don't have a reason to go there anymore. My niece has been chosen to be a Senate Aide, only 5 were chosen from her university and 70 were chosen from the state. I am in seriously in need of business attire. I can't believe I will have to drive all around or order her suits and all of her attire online. They can close the stores because they only offer CASUAL and l truly mean CASUAL CLOTHES. I think they forgot about professional people who have to work and dress professionally. We need suits, etc. Also, get...
