We had the absolute best experience with Rode’s catering company for our backyard wedding! From the very beginning, they were so responsive and thorough, making sure every detail we wanted was covered. Even the day before, they let us add on last-minute items like ice and bar setup supplies, which was such a lifesaver.

On the day of the wedding, the team arrived early and set everything up beautifully. They provided everything we needed—plates, linens, silverware, water goblets, and even coffee cups for dessert.

The staff were incredible—so kind, professional, and attentive. They continuously checked in on us throughout the night to see if we wanted anything. They even saved us a plate of appetizers and put it at our sweetheart table while we mingled with guests, then later brought us our dinner so we could sit and relax. Beyond just us, they went table to table to check in on all of our guests, asking if everything was good and if anyone needed anything. Several guests told us the next day how impressed they were with the service. Truly A+++ service!

We went with passed apps (bruschetta, caprese skewers, and goat cheese crostini), followed by a buffet-style dinner of stuffed chicken, salmon, potatoes, mixed vegetables, tortellini, Caesar salad, and fresh rolls. Everything was cooked perfectly, and every guest was able to enjoy a full plate of everything. On top of that, we had plenty of leftovers, which was such a treat for us the next day as tired newlyweds!

The dessert table was phenomenal—there was a huge assortment of mixed desserts so everyone found something they loved. To top it off, they even provided us with a small white wedding cake and decorated it beautifully with the decorations I gave them. It turned out even better than I had envisioned!

Their prices were absolutely unmatched—for all the fresh, high-quality food, service, and the full dinnerware setup they provided, it was truly an amazing deal.

Shelley was our bartender, and she was amazing. She even made our signature cocktail with the ingredients we provided, and they turned out absolutely delicious.

I could honestly go on and on about how fantastic our experience was. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we made—I couldn’t picture it any other way. Rodes catered our daughters wedding in June and it was absolutely perfect! Due to the pandemic, the original barn wedding with 150 guest was postponed and we had a small outdoor wedding at a private residence with 50 family members. I've been trying for at least 2 months to get everything squared away for my wedding which is this October. I was told that they could cater my wedding and that they would be getting an estimate and emailing it to me. I waited a week and heard nothing. Called again and was promised an update and yet again heard nothing. I've called, emailed and my mother inlaw has done the same with little to no response. Finally my mother inlaw visited the place itself and found out that I wasn't even in their system!
