Customer service is awful. What happened to the customer comes first....? Oh, and hanging up on your customers is not a way to make them come back. To top it all off I was then called back by management, reminded that I was wrong and was thanked for such a low review. And then they iced the cake and told me that when ever my place of employment orders they will not deliver there because of me, and they will give out my name. Well, It seems to me that this place is going to be doing quite well. I am glad you care about your customers so much...NOT!

Some of the food was pretty gross, overall it was extremely overpriced. The fried dough is disgusting! It's all fried and no dough. It's like a fried pizza crust with a ton of powdered sugar and cinnamon. All you can taste is the sugar/cinnamon and fryer oil. Wasn't fond of the bread sticks (although the portion size was good) or the carrot cake. If I am paying $8 for a slice of carrot cake it better be good and this was no where near what I expected. You could find better at the bakery counter at your grocery store. The onion rings were good, nice large portion, however some were overcooked. I was thoroughly disappointed. I've had a persistent stomach ache since eating from this location so I might be a little agitated. The only good I can compliment about the food was that portion sizes were large, but even then for the price point it wasn't worth it.(20$ per person) I would've paid the same if the portion was smaller but the food wasn't unseasoned & greasy.
