If I could give this place a Negative Zero, I would, first time coming here because my mom and grandma we’re here & wanted some company, immediately felt uncomfortable and caged in place is super small and UGLY, looks like an old haunted bar from the 19 centuries, bathroom is TINY no space at all and needs to be cleaned, everything in this place wasn’t modern but in fact old and cringy. Sat at the bar to accompany my friend who was drunk (I wasn’t drinking) left my ID in the car, bartender was rude and had an attitude wouldn’t serve my friend because I didn’t give him my ID! I stated I wasn’t drinking he continued to rant on how people like me get the bar shut down! Good it should be shut down with that attitude absolutely disgusting behavior. Gave us less than 5 mins to leave, and that’s exactly what we did i do not recommend this place to anyone in the area please AVOID IT! Bartender didnt deserve a dollar from us or my time to go and grab my ID if i wasnt drinking! You should have security guards at the door if it was that serious. Dealing with people shouldn’t be his job because he is not a people person. This...
Read moreSteel and wire has taken the place of Nicks. The moment we entered, it felt like you are in one of those old school bars with a great nostalgic feeling. This is what you call an old bar with a new feel. They have a great selection of beers. They also have wines, a few cocktails and some small bites on their menu. We ordered the Rite of spring which was a great refresher for the summer. We also asked the bartender to make one of his vodka specials which again was bang on. We also got the cheese plate which looked and tasted delicious. We are here on an opening night and people just keep pouring in. I guess they all have been waiting for this gem to open up. They don't have too many cocktails to offer yet but I guess they want the initial reactions before they add more in. They also have love performances in separate area and an outdoor patio which is perfect for the summer. I wish they had the QR codes on every table. But again, its their first day. Overall, this place needs to be on top...
Read moreIt’s a pretty laid-back, industrial-style bar that delivers a unique experience with its edgy ambiance and quality drinks. The decor gives a nod to its name, with exposed metal, minimalistic accents, and a vibe that feels straight out of a modern steelworks. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a drink and a change from the usual scene.
Their drink selection is solid, featuring a mix of classic cocktails and local craft beers. The bartenders have their own cocktail introduced in the menu, so don’t hesitate to ask for a recommendation or a custom mix if you’re in the mood to try something new. The food menu is limited so I wasn’t really interested in trying that. They have a few games on the other side as well as an out patio that you can smoke and bring your drink outside. It’s definitely more of an older crowd especially coming after work,...
