My (92 years young) dad's 5 year old phone was bricked and needed to be restored to original factory settings. Nonso worked on it, overcoming the phone's technical problems until it was like a brand new phone, and his charge for his time and work was very inexpensive. I came all the way from Framingham just because of the recommendation I got to go see him at New England Wireless, and this morning I thanked the guy who sent me there.

I visited the store a few weeks ago when my iphone had crashed and I had lost my way being from another state. The Manager literally saved my life as I did not know where I was and had a flight to catch. He was very professional and kind and HONEST as he rebooted my phone and did not charge me anything.
