Subway — Restaurant in Worcester

This Subway location makes some of the best sandwiches a Subway can, in my opinion, in the Worcester area. The staff are always kind and friendly. However, today, when I went in, it was so hot inside, I couldn't bring myself to eat inside the store. I don't know how the employees work through the hot and stuffy air in there. It reached a high of 84, I believe today, and it honestly was cooler outside than it was in the actual store. This happens often when I visit this location and it really is such a shame because I would go out to eat here more if the store wasn't so darn hot on the hotter days of summer. I feel bad for the employees working too, I don't know how they do it! I was so shocked, when it felt cooler stepping outside, in the sun at 84 degrees, than inside that store, that I felt compelled to leave a review. I probably will not be eating here again anytime soon, and I wouldn't suggest visiting...

One of the worst Subways I have been to. There were two employees working on one customer at a time which made the time I was in there so slow. When it was my time to order the employees were very rude. It’s like they were annoyed that I was in there ordering a sandwich. One of them didn’t change their gloves after handling money to make food, which is disgusting. I couldn’t really see the choice of veggies because the glass was filthy but when I opened my sandwich the vegetables looked old, brown, and limp (no crisp to them). I got to the register and I wasn’t asked if I had a Subway rewards, yet I waited a few extra minutes to order because they were (both) signing up the person in front of me. The quality of the people working here is okay. There was a woman working behind the counter who asked if she could help me. She looked rather displeased that I needed to decide what I wanted. I was pulling up my bank account to transfer money at the same time, due to the fact I didn't remember to do it before. I let her know I was a few dollars short and needed to transfer money to my checking. To make a long story short, she picked a fight with me over me transferring money and not picking my vegetables right away. It was a stupid argument picked by somebody who looks like they have a poor choice of lifestyle, but the other woman working there apologized and finished my sandwich. That is why this restaurant...
