I’ve been coming to this Burger King for OVER A YEAR and can truly say it sucks. The food for the most part is cold or old, and that’s when the order is right! And ALL the drinks are ALWAYS watery the one outside and the ones in the back. The staff is horrible! Only about 3 or 4 out of maybe 10+ employees are nice and respectful but they’re mostly in the back! So you don’t even get to see them! The manager has a horrendous attitude and well as the main cashier (the one I see the most, which is a blonde guy). I don’t like coming to this location but it’s the closest to where I’m taking classes that has stuff I actually eat. So I went there to eat yesterday and a very polite cashier took my order (because the main one wasn’t there yet). And she took the order down right, but the people in the back messed it up (during all of this the main cashier arrived). So I had to go up to him to say my order was wrong and he clearly didn’t wasn’t deal with me, he was turning away making up excuses like “We’re not serving breakfast anymore so..” in a very annooand defensive tone. And even tried to start “taking care” of another customer. I told him my meal was a lunch combo and that they gave me the wrong sandwich (which I had paid for already) and I wanted the right one. He stopped to ask who took my order then the other cashier I had spoke to came and she apologized and we got everything figured out (when I sat down to eat my fries were cold though but I didn’t want to deal with the cashier again). As I’m waiting for my sandwich he takes another customer who was an older man who was very calm and respectful and was speaking was in that tone. The cashier proceeded to be extremely rude nearly speaking to him in a screaming tone telling him “I can’t hear you,” “Well you’re talking to low so I don’t know what you ordered, I don’t know what you want me to do!”, “I can’t hear you!” And the poor man seemed taken back and I was frozen at what was happening. It’s sad that this is a constant thing in this Burger King location and something should DEFINITELY be done about it. Read moreWhat a comical experience. So when I walked in, I noticed immediately that all the employees were talking in a circle behind the counter. Already a red flag. But I brushed it off. They could be talking about work. This went on for like 5 minutes until I realized it wasn’t work related. They were all laughing. Someone finally came up. My main issue was that I ordered my food at the wrong BK. I politely asked if there was a way they could help. INSTANTLY and DEFENSIVELY without providing any solutions. The woman who appeared to be the manager said “we can’t help you. You have to go to where you ordered”. Ok fair. I said is there anything you can do to help? Oh no. Then tells me “it’s my fault it happened” as if I’m unaware. Simply asking how to rectify the issue as a customer. She was completely rude. I walked out with no food and not feeling like a king. I felt more like a peasant. I literally went on the BK app and hit help. I put in what my issue was. BK instantly credited me for the order so I could order again. It was that simple. All she had to do was say “go on the app and do this”. That should be apart of BK’s training. Clearly she didn’t wanna help. And based on the atmosphere it all made sense....
Read moreThe service has gone way downhill recently, and I'm not sure why. Working nearby, I get food from here multiple times a week. Both visits this week, I was given the wrong food - which I discovered too late to do anything about.
A fully loaded croissandwhich ended up being just ham. The BK Bacon King I paid for today ended up being a dinky Whopper.
Yes, I should know by now to check my orders before leaving... but the employees REALLY should know by now to check the that they're giving their customers the food they paid for.
Furthermore, it's not uncommon to be standing at the counter inside and seeing numerous employees lounging around, checking their smartphones, and expressly ignoring any customers who aren't using the drive thru.
