I came on a Monday and ordered a medium well steak, received a BURNT piece of meat. asked for them to take it back I ordered medium well, not completely burnt (to the point the char was every where on the plate) the manager, or “cook”, came out to my table to confront me. Yes. Went on a Wed night. Waited for a few minutes to be seated and Noone came, I was staring at a girl sitting at the hostess seat and she just sat there. After 5 minutes I asked if there was anyone seating guests and she said "yeah I am but you gotta ask". Then she abruptly got menus and thought I was going to follow her when I turned to a waitress and asked for the manager, I told him what she did and he bought our drinks for us.
