Coin-O-Matic — Local services in Worth Township

THIS COMPANY is the WORSE and NEED to be investigated for fraud, abuse and reaping customers off. I've called more than 5 times amd left voice messages for (christy) for refund due to malfunction of their machine in my building. No one has returned my call. This is NOT the first time this has happened. They are the worse. Then machines in my building break down often and take our money and no one cares. It has been more than 2 months with multiple calls and nobody seems to care. This is NOT about few dollars but the INTEGRITY of this company who doesn't care about how people. The service is horrible. I have been for the last 2 weeks inquiring about purchasing a speed queen gas dryer. I have spoken to Joe and the secretary that answers the phones. I still have not been given answers to my questions. The secretary informs me that he is on another line or out of the office. Terrible. Coin O Matic is the worst laundry service I’ve ever experienced. The laundry room in my building hosts 2 washers and dryers by them and I’ve lost money in the machines more times than I like to count. The dryers do not dry the clothes properly no matter what I do. When I call for repairs or refunds the customer service is worst than the machine’s performance! They don’t care. There’s no sense of urgency at all.
