Wing's USED to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is great and is always hot, the portions are also great and the prices can't be beat, but recently a new person started answering the phones and she is incredibly rude and unprofessional! I don't mean rude as in I had an issue and she argued with me or didn't adequately resolve my issue. I mean she answers the phone rudely, she takes your order rudely, she's rude when you walk in to pick up your order. She's just downright unpleasant! There used to be an older woman taking orders before the pandemic and a few months ago a young man was taking orders and they were fine but this new woman is the worst. I've endured her unpleasantness for months but today was the last straw! I called and the woman yelled into the phone for me to hold on without a greeting or anything then I waited for 3 minutes as she helped a bunch of walk in customers (I could hear the music from their door going off) Then she got back on the phone and said "delivery or pickup", no apology for the long wait, but then another phone rang and she just said "hold" and put me back on hold. I waited another 3 minutes and just gave up. I won't be back until they get a new cashier. My family has had Wing's for dinner every Friday for the last 3 years so I'm really disappointed but with so many competitors out there, the owners really should be more selective about who works directly with...
Read moreMy wife and I have eaten here multiple times, both take out and dine in, no complaints. Today we go to dine in, and as soon as we walk in the door the smell of marijuana overtook us. My wife and I are for the most part passive people, we made a few comments between ourselves and figured it's not hurting us so let it be. But the smell got stronger and when the waitress came to take our order she was still coughing (in all fairness she may have just had a itchy throat, but given the smell in that place, I myself think otherwise). I ordered Pepsi and a glass of water, never got the water (she may have been coughing to hard to have heard me ask for it). The rest of the order was correct, so no complaints there. Both of our meals came with egg rolls, which at this restaurant they bring out before the main dish. By the time the waitress brought the egg rolls the smell was so bad we couldn't take it anymore and asked for the rest of our food to packaged to go. Coincidentally, when the waitress went in the kitchen to tell them pack the order to go, the exhaust fans in the dining room turned on, and I was able to see someone propping open the back door. A LITTLE TO LATE PEOPLE! As we sat down to eat back at our house, we could still smell the stench on our clothes.
Wings Chinese, you just lost a couple of regular customers. I hope that stuff your staff was smoking...
Read moreWe have been going here for eight years and have had no problems, However, this past week I was eating vegetable fried rice and found a piece of metal that was 2 inches long. When I called them it was a few minutes to closing. The woman who takes the orders told me to come in Tuesday. There were people eating there and ordering and picking up food. I tried to be discreet and told them what happened. I had almost choked on the metal. I did not swallow it but this woman continued to tell me about how she was a restaurant owner in Fuji. The other workers there did not speak english. I wanted to be paid for the entire meal which was $32.00. Thw woman did tell me that this has happened here before and the owners do nothing about it. She asked if I wanted more fried rice! Not on your life. There was a lot of yelling in chinese and when she came out the kitchen she really did not want to give us any money back and did not understand the situation. I WILL NEVER go back. I don't like the way this whole situation was handled! Don't risk choking! Stay away from WINGS...
