Express — Local services in Worth Township

I visited the store over the weekend and The manager Jess at this location was extremely rude and standoffish. Her behavior toward customers was passive-aggressive, and it made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. When I asked a simple question for clarification, she looked at me as though it were the dumbest thing she’d ever heard.

What really surprised me was hearing her make uncomfortable, unprofessional comments about other customers over the walkie without any discretion. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for someone representing a business. She needs retraining or reassignment because our neighborhood deserves better. She also has a couple bad reviews already posted and they just describe her as black with curly hair and they are saying some of the exact statements I am making. So this is not an isolated incident with her.

People choose where to spend their money, and in these economic times, no one should feel disrespected...

I really like the styles that they offer but I am just not impressed with the quality of the clothing for the price. Express is not a cheap place but the items I bought just did not live up. One of the blouses I purchased had loose buttons and thread up and down the shirt. I had to go change it. A sweater I purchased became incredibly ugly looking after only one use! I also purchased a pair of jeans. They fit amazing but they are already fading and I've only had them for a month. I walked in the store specifically looking for a blazer for my husband that was on sale. Cashier helped me and told me that there was 4 available online. I proceeded to check out with her and she was very accommodating very helpful. It took about 20 to 25 minutes. The computer kept loading and wasn't letting her check out. The manager helped ones and she disappeared not helping again with my order. But the cashier was so nice and kept apologizing because it wasn't going through. I told her it's okay I was a little bit in a rush so she gave me the direct line for express and I called and made the order over the phone. But the manager was not...
