This is my review... take it or leave it but I didn't even eat at this location because of management and policy. I live in Indiana and I was meeting my sister and two young nieces for lunch before we headed to our 3pm appointments. Well, my directions kept taking me to the Orland Park location. My sister's Android phone kept powering down that day for no reason. Every time she touched a button it turned off with 100% battery. She asked if she could use the restaurant phone after I was 40 min late, the manager let her use it once, but it went straight to voicemail, since I was trying to call her, unknowing her phone was not working. The manager said she could not use it again. She explained the situation and informed him while it was not an emergency it was urgent. Still the answer was no. Luckily, one of their workers was very nice and offered her phone to my sister. I finally made it there an hour an 45 min later and left because my sister was almost in tears when she told me the manager was mean to her. I get it, you can't let every customer use the phone but it wasn't like she was asking to call and tell me to pick up ice cream! She order the kids food while all this was going on and she refused to spend any more money there. I called the main office today and the woman Liz didn't really care, she gave the excuse I knew was coming, "we can't let every customer use the phone", you weren't there you don't know exactly what was said". Well no, but I know my sister was almost in tears when I showed up, and said the manager wouldn't let her use the phone. I also never told the woman that he was rude, I said he wouldn't let her use the phone, so what difference does that make? She offered an appetizer which I did not take, first, because I am not calling to get something, second because I will not go back, and she left this awkward pause, which I used to ask, "so that's it? You really don't care?". She responded, well I am going to call the manager and find out what happened, which I'm sure will do nothing since her insincere first response was "well you weren't there." I was driving around aimlessly for almost 2 hours looking for the restaurant we were going to spend money at and have a good time. We both worked at a wing restaurant (Hooters) for many years, our managers would have never said no to a situation like that, at either the Orland Park location and Schererville, IN location. Needless to say but when we want wings we will not be going to Buffalo Wild...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI personally called twice today to try and place a party sized order of 100 wings for tomorrow pick up at 11:30am. With the order being a large one, and the fact they open at 11am, I thought placing an order the day before would be acceptable. My first call was to place an order today over the phone, but I was told by a young woman who picked up the phone, that my order should be placed the day I needed it. As long as it wasn't too close to closing time. I informed her that it was for a party sized order for pick up at 11am. She said, that's fine, call back tomorrow. So we disconnected. It just didn't make sense to me. So I called back again #2, only for the same young woman to pick up, and then at this point I just told her I would rather place the order today, and pick up tomorrow. She put me on hold, I heard her talking to a male manager or co-worker, and he told her to tell me to place the order through the app. I expressed to her that I didn't see an option for 100 wings, but she says there was, and we disconnected. At this point, I was a bit frustrated, this location is close to my home and I was having a small gathering for a birthday. So my sister took it upon herself to try calling for me. After āpulling teethā over the phone, she was able to place an order. Soon after, I decided that this process of trying to place an order was ridiculous! How is it that this place has such terrible customer service? Busy or not. I decided that if this location didn't care to help me, why give them any business? I called back a 3rd time to cancel, I didn't want to speak to anyone or make a fuss, just cancel. The same woman picked up the phone, and instantly transferred me to her Manager Nathan. I explained the situation to him and he said, awe, okay. Your order has been cancelled. Wow... So careless and I can see why this place is ran the way it is. The leadership seems to act just as careless. So now pretty much everyone in our party, it's aware that the Chicago Ridge location is unprofessional to say the least. So my sister decided to help me out and call the Orland Park location, and the order was placed the first time and ten dollars cheaper! The other location told us they charged us extra for sauces, that were supposed to be included in the price of 100 wings. On top of that, great customer service attitude from the employee āLeslieā at the Orland Park BWW. I would avoid the Chicago Ridge BWW, I can only imagine the dine...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of worst experience of my life I Accidentally ate a Blazin' Knockout wings I had to spit it out. My mouth started to burn and I looked for the waiter, but she was nowhere to be seen. I had to drink someone my friends drink to keep my mouth from being uncomfortable. Iām very sensitive to spices. When I finally got a hold of the waitress, I begged her to get a drink as quick as possible She just nodded at her head, walked to the bar and was talking to her friend. I started to have panick attack, so I decided to call a random waitress and she helped me by telling the waitress that was Attending us to bring me Water When she finally brought it, just walked away angry I understand when things are busy. It gets frustrating. I work in kitchen before But when a customer is begging you in a panic episode to bring him a drink I donāt think talking to your friend in the bar for 10 minutes ignoring the client is the best thing to do definitely a liability and not a asset to a company. I am extremely upset with her ignorance ! This took place at 04/12 4-6pm Again, this is not me being a Karen, but I definitely deserve better as a paying customer
She also brought us the Wrong order at first we were confused because it was not something we ordered so we waited for her about 10 minutes with the wrong order wings in our table so when we finally got her attention instead of her, taking it back to the kitchen, she gave it to the table. They ordered it as a customer I would not want to eat wings that were sitting in someone elseās table for 10 she clearly Wasnāt on top of things and I understand but this is unacceptable...
