Very polite people. However, I purchased ejuice that they recommended, and later I found the expiration date and it was 2 years old and it had gone bad. The bottle was dark and tinted so the color of the juice was not visible. When I got home I filled my tank to find out that the liquid was the color of Coca-Cola.That color only comes from nicotine gone bad. I kindly went back to show that this juice was un-vapable, with hopes of swapping it out for something different. The answer was a simple no. "Once the bottle is cracked open, it can not be returned", which is perfectly understandable, but, I was sold spioled ejuice. I should have been comped a bottle and their inventory should be corrected. But he tried to justify it and said that is normal for some juices to be dark.... Nope. I used to make my own juice before the shut down. Most flavor profiles are between 7 to 15% PG based extracts. The rest is propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin which are both clear liquids and 3% nicotine which is also clear. So even if I was the darkest flovoring ever. it's still diluted in 90% clear liquid which is why some juices have that nice golden tint. However when nicotine starts to corrode, it turns dark brown and has a pepper like taste. Which is what this juice was like. The fact is that this place is knowingly or ignorantly selling expired e-liquid while taking advantage of uninformed people. And due to the rarity if vape shops. I will be forced to have to shop there again. So be careful when...

I can’t stress enough how good my experience was. For the quick readers I’ll just say this, if you’re looking for higher end stuff in abundance and great people who know their gear, GO TO INNO VAPES.

They have a huge selection of higher end mods that you will NOT find in 99% of the stores you go to. More RDA’s in one store than all the RDA’s in all of Ocean County combined! Mechs, squonks, regular, resin and wood mods. Their squonks are made in house and are friggin gorgeous! I could go on and on about their great selection. No joke. They have what you want and didn’t know existed.

Most important though, was service. Kirsten helped me and she was flat out great! I could talk to her about my type of vaping for days. Other employees and friends were also great! I was there for 2 hours and never felt rushed. I like that. I am willing to spend my hard earned money when I feel like it’s appreciated. I felt good about dropping $200+ and will be doing it again asa I can. Also, lots of our men in women serving us frequent this place. That’s a great feeling. It’s awesome seeing them come in and feel at home. Everyone is cool. I wish they were closer but I’ll make this 45 minute trip every time I want something. I can’t stress enough how great this experience was.

My first visit was great. Dealt with two Guys who were very sweet. Went in today with my girlfriend not knowing you can’t enter if ur not 21 since no sign is displayed I who’s 21 was grabbing papers and had my girlfriend with me instead of politely letting my girlfriend know that she couldn’t be in the store and needed an id the lady decided to let the whole store know that she couldn’t be in there and made her go to the car. Not being allowed in at 20 is understandable but needing to put her on blast in front of multiple customers just to feel satisfied is very upsetting considering I enjoyed this spot. There were better ways to go about it, instead my embarrassed girlfriend had to do a walk of shame out the store. I won’t be returning, some people feel too entitled and let it get to there head.
