They said it would take 35 minutes to make our food and we’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes at a Chinese take out place. I got there early thinking it was a mistake. I was there almost 40 minutes waiting and I am pretty sure my food was sitting on the counter for at least half that time. There seemed to be one older gentleman cooking all the food and another gentleman doing other things. The boba tea was amazing. The best I’ve ever had but the food was nothing to write home about. The “fried” rice was nothing fried rice but sticky rice with a soy like sauce, it was disgusting. The sesame chicken was ok but I’ve definitely had better. My husband got sushi and said it was ok. The dumplings were cold by the time we got home and tasted terrible. I would not recommend this place for food. The atmosphere needs a refresh. The floor was filthy and the tables didn’t look clean. Took my kids for dinner. We were the only table sat for a while…ordered some sushi and sashimi between 3 of us( my kids are 9 and 7, so we did order a few rolls but it was a few of the same) didn’t all come out at once…first order took 30 min to show up…another 20 min later, the sashimi showed up…hour and a half later…still not all of our food showed up. I asked for plates..:that took about 30 min, and the whole hour and a half we were there, the table next to us had dirty dishes sitting on it. Left before all the food came. Subpar sushi, and super slow service. Seems like It’s family owned and staffed, but it was ridiculous how long it took. And not even for all the food ordered. I tried this place for the convenience of being local, but for the quality and service, definitely don’t mind driving...

I stumbled upon this restaurant via Google Map search for “Japanese” food. I ordered the white meat chicken teriyaki for my dad while my husband and I shared the tofu and vegetable dish plus the vegetable fry noodle. I added a note to make two of the dishes “vegan no egg please.” I will say that ordering online on my iPhone was a bit tricky since my order notes kept disappearing. The wait time of 25 mins isn’t bad at all IMO. I like that the restaurant is taking the necessary precautions with the current pandemic. All three of us really enjoyed the food! Big portions, came with soup & salad, and it was delicious! The customer service was also great! Wish I lived in the area to continue...
