Casa Bori is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine! From the moment you step inside, the warm hospitality and island ambiance make you feel right at home. The pernil is perfectly seasoned, the arroz con gandules is fluffy, and the tostones are crispy—just like you'd find in Puerto Rico.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed, family-style atmosphere. Pricing is fair and clearly displayed on the screen, so you know exactly what you're getting—no surprises, just great value. Plus, there’s plenty of convenient parking, which makes the whole experience even easier.
Located near major highways and close to Fort Dix Military Base and the Trenton/Hamilton area, Casa Bori is easy to get to and a perfect spot for a satisfying meal.
Highly recommend Casa Bori for anyone craving real Puerto Rican flavors and island vibes right...
Read moreFound this gem of a place by complete accident, coming back from a random urge to go to the base today. GPS got us lost going to our normal pizza place. I have never been so excited to have gps “fail me”, Casa Bori did not disappoint my excitement! They were super sweet even though we came 10 min to closing. Authentic PR food, picante so good I told them to tell doña Estella that she needs to sell this. As fresh as my Tio would make it in the mountains of PR. I’m typically not a fan of chicken stew, but one taste of my husband’s plate had me regretting the decision to skip that dish myself. The beans were so good and authentic. Forcing my husband to drive down again soon on a Saturday to try there mofongo! Best wishes, I hope they keep getting the support they deserve for a...

The pernil was very dry and lacked flavor. The pollo guisado was also dry, there were no juices that came with it at all and we’ve never had it that way. We truly wanted to like this restaurant, especially with how friendly the staff were and how much we liked the atmosphere. Ultimately, we spent $80 and still ended up getting dinner for our...
