“My son and I visited Swig before Mother’s Day, and he bought me a special Mother’s Day cup. We purchased a drink, but the lid on the cup was placed crooked, making it impossible to remove. Despite spending over $60, the experience was disappointing. When I returned the next day to exchange the mug, the general manager was in the store but did not come to speak with me. Her employees informed me that there was nothing they could do and that someone from corporate would call me, but I never received a call. Additionally, the inside of the location was disorganized, and there were issues with drinks being taken by mistake. Read moreI've been to several Swig locations but this was my first experience at a grand opening. The line was long but it moved fast. We were given a small menu to look at while we were waiting as well as a free cup full of my favorite mini chocolate chip cookies, which made the wait more enjoyable. Both mine at my friends drinks tasted great. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Although they had a lot to keep up with they didn't look overwhelmed and took their time to talk to us and take our order without making us feel rushed. I'm excited to return to...

Half the time I’m not sure to wait at the sign or drive to the window to order because the sign is not clear or no one comes out. For example I’m sitting in the drive through right now.
