Hot pancakes — Restaurant in Wylie

We went here for lunch. We had to go to the counter to ask if we seat ourselves. There was not a single person who acknowledged or greeted us. We then waited like 5 minutes for a waiter because all the staff were on their phones. Our waitress was not very nice. You could tell that she hates her job. We both ordered different burgers and fountain drinks. One of the fountain drinks was flat. We were never given or asked if we wanted refills. The waitress took our order and literally never came back. Someone else delivered our food. One burger was quite raw, and they both had that cheap fake Swiss cheese on them. The texture of the cheese turned to a mayonnaise type texture once on the burger. It was off-putting for sure. The fries had no salt or seasoning on them. When we were finished, we waited for our bill, and no one brought it. We then saw someone go up and pay. The girl who cleared our dishes never spoke to us or told us to pay at the counter. Then she hovered over the screen as we tipped. I always tip good, but we didn't even see our rather rude waitress after ordering. No one was nice there. I think the environment would be ok if the staff was friendly but that was not the case. Most of the meal the staff were talking to each other and on their phones. I would not recommend going here. 1st time visiting this location and our last unfortunately. Once you arrive their is no sign that I saw that stated seat yourself, as we waited for someone to greet us or sit us we here someone by the kitchen say sit down anywhere, once waitress arrived no warm welcome, she went right to, what do you want to drink, food was okay nothing crazy, once we received our food, we got our food incomplete, my wife had to get up and ask for her food, once I got my food I never received my pancakes, 25 min later pancakes came out due to wife was not pleased with not having my complete meal. Servers really don't come around to ask you if you need anything, how was your meal? NOTHING! but kudos to the gentleman asking if you want more coffee. He was on top of that. My wife & I made our first and last visit here today. The service & food was just ok, nothing to brag about but the WORST COFFEE I have ever been served in a restaurant. My wife commented about the ketchup, never heard of that brand, so we turned the bottle around and noticed they are buying their products from Aldi instead of a major food supplier like Sysco, US Foods, or Ben E Keith. Our biggest shock was the bill - $25 for one order of Migas, one egg, 1 fruit cup, orange juice, coffee. I questioned the bill & they charged $8 for 1 egg & a fruit cup.
