Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Wylie

I am highly disappointed. I was a frequent at this particular location. I wasn't even a coffee drinker. But, I am to the point to where I cannot stand bad customer service. If I place a mobile order and I even come 3 minutes after my "promise time" and I see a long line of cars, no problem. If I get out of my car, walk to the window and have someone come to assist me and I tell them what I am there for. They walk away and I proceed to stand there an additional 11 minutes for 1 coffee while the drive thru line goes down, I will walk away and...

This location is still new so there has never been more than 1-2 cars each time i go there in the mornings, which is great for now. But i would still stop here even when it gets busier as time goes on. I am not a coffee drinker, but someone introduced me to their Salted caramel protein mocha and i have been hooked. The name has changed to Hopscotch Zero Sugar Protein Mocha. Has lower sugar but high protein which i enjoy. Also, Bree is always so friendly and makes my drink...

I love Dutch Bros wayyyy more than Starbucks. This one on hwy 78 didn't make my drink quite as good as the one on fm 544, but it was still good. I ordered the Tigers Blood Iced Rebel along with 3 others, and it was good but not as snow cone flavored as the other store. I would still recommend them though as I believe they were training and they were still friendly and everything was still timely. The order ahead option is ALWAYS the best bet as they stay busy at...
