Please forgive the lengthiness of my thoughts....

My experience is not one of being a customer. Mine is one of humanity and human kindness. I was in a terrible situation and pretty much set out in the middle of Yadkinville and, knowing nothing of the area, no friends or relatives, I was scared to death. I was just wandering, trying to figure out how to get where I needed to go. I walked past your store and turned around and without my usual terrified of the unknown, I walked inside and didn't feel scared. When I spoke with you, I didn't feel afraid. I was very apprehensive to ask for help, though. Without knowing my concerns, you ask if I needed help getting somewhere. I broke down and told you my situation. You offered to take me, a complete stranger where I needed to go. Once on the road, you said "Well I don't know how to get very far from here, but I guess we're in it together now."

You DID get me where I needed to go. The fact you did it with good conversation and giving me nothing but a safe feeling made the journey all the better. That was almost a year ago, and I have NEVER forgotten your kindness to me. I could've been a serial murderer... But you trusted blindly in me, as I did in you. You touched my life in so many ways and I've often wondered how to contact you, just to say thank you so much for not turning me away, when I had noone else to turn to.

So, here I am to say thank you sir for the kindness, humbleness and faith you showed in me that night. The positivity that came through you, has stayed with me and restored my faith that there are still good-hearted, Christian people left in the world. I hold out hope that I can one day help someone, and touch their life as you have mine. Because paying it forward, is the only way I can think of to repay you the endless debt of gratitude, that I owe you. I pray God continues to shower His blessings into your life. God...

My husband bought my diamond from Mackies many years ago. Took it by today to have it cleaned and inspected it came out looking brand new, he even did some repairs on my band! I look forward to continuing business with Randy...
