Service poor (slow kitchen at 6PM Monday?), food average but generous. My main problem here was a complete lack of management delegation of duties, the boss wanted to control everything. I asked my waitress for my ticket, and with little to no English, I was directed to the register. Upon arriving there, the 'boss' asked me what we had (even though he had a pile of tickets right in front of him). I told him exactly what we had twice, he played on the register pulling off several receipts, charged me $25.37 (which was reasonable). I gave him $26 and he gave me back $1.37? My husband and I were going to order take-out out over the phone, but the call never went through (they leave the phone off the hook). We called several different times and decided to just go and order and wait 15min. We ordered 2 steak ACPs, waited 15min, and got 2 quisadillas instead. We thought maybe they gave use the wrong order. So my husband went back, and the waiter said he wrote quidadillas and that we never ordered ACP's. Very horrible manner they addressed this problem. Oh wow this was my first time there today! I was so excited to get to visit. I love this restaurant. The food is so delicious. The best service and atmosphere. My daughter and grandkids really liked it too. I can't wait until I get to go back! I ordered the ACP. That's grilled chicken on a bed of rice with a delicious real cheese sauce on top.
