Panaderia El Solecito — Restaurant in Yakima

My family and I were traveling through Yakima in August and we stopped at Panaderia El Solicito to check out their awesome drinks and stretch our legs. We looked over their menu and were able to ask questions about the options for drink sizes and prices. We were going to get something to share, because as beautiful and unique as the drinks are, they are on the spendy side. The kind woman working there picked up on my Mom brain working through the prices and how to make things work, and presented us with a much more affordable option, while still making sure to dress up my kid's drinks. We stretched our legs and took pictures under their beautiful mural while she made their drinks. When she brought them out to us, my daughter's eyes lit up seeing her cotton candy ice cream cone attached to her beverage. The woman asked where we were from and when we shared where we had traveled from, she exclaimed, "you've traveled a long way! Let me treat you to some of our pastries!" First time going, was in Yakima for other things but happened to see the tiktok for this and had to try it. Super friendly service, for as long as the line was when we arrived they moved fairly quickly. The drink was adorable, delicious and refreshing. They are able to add red bull to any drink.
