I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this location, and I want to take a moment to express my genuine thankfulness for the experience. From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, well-stocked, and organized, with a wide variety of items at great prices. Shopping here was not stressful in the slightest—it felt relaxed and welcoming, which is rare and very much appreciated.
The three cashiers on duty stood out immediately. All were friendly, but two in particular took the time to chat with me briefly. Their kindness and positive attitude left a lasting impression. They even gave me some thoughtful recommendations for places to visit while in the area, which I found both helpful and considerate. That small gesture showed they care not only about the customers inside the store but also about making people feel at home in the community.
What I am most thankful for, however, is how they treated me with my service dog. Too often, people make situations uncomfortable, but that was not the case here. They had no issue with me bringing him in, never made me feel out of place, and even asked respectful, genuine questions about him. That meant a great deal to me—it showed true respect and understanding.
Overall, I felt welcomed, valued, and treated with kindness and professionalism during my visit. Experiences like this matter, and I want to sincerely thank the staff for making me feel respected and at ease. I would highly recommend this...
Read moreWe went in there and bought over 60 dollars worth of stuff. One of the items was a 99 cent mamba candy. When we got to the parking lot we were looking for the candy and couldn’t find it anywhere. My daughter went back in with the receipt and explained that we didn’t have it. The manager Sandra told us that they would have to check the cameras. Now keep in mind I am 2 weeks out of neck surgery my head was starting to really hurt and I was tired we had just left church and I was already feeling it. All I wanted to do was go home and lay down. My sister in law goes in there at this point and informs them that I needed to get home and rest. One of the cashiers not the one that checked us out told them to just give us the candy and he would buy it for us. His name was Tyler I want to give him a big shout out he was amazing. As for everybody else I just want to say maybe we should find some classes on customer service. We were made to feel like we were stealing a 99 cent candy bar. It was just a big thing over something that...
Read moreI appreciate the fact that they take the time to help people one-on-one to find exactly what they need. They don't try to sell you something else. When you walk in the store they greet you and ask if they can help you find anything. I have never had one unpleasant experience. It's clean and the temperature is comfortable. They have an unbelievable selection of food and what our parents referred to as to Notions and Dry Goods when we were younger. All of the modern conveniences, yet with that small home town feeling. I really appreciate you all. I have shopped at both in Mountain Home and the one in Yellville. Yellville is closest to my home, so that's where I normally...
