Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Yellville

Should of never gotten rid of the chicken dinner, and the signature suace. The regular Chicken tenders were the size of a nuggets and definitely should not be considered adult size meals. There was nothing wrong with the chicken dinner and was the highest meal on the menu but was worth its price. Now it all down hill on Chicken tenders combo's. I wasn't impressed at all with the size and quality of the food, would of been better if the signature suace was available for those meals but they discontinued that too. So it some basic ......, and just not gonna eat food there anymore, not everyone wants a burger or a hotdog. So when you see chicken meals they aren't worth it,maybe for kids. Drinks and shakes are good. Except one time I think the one cherry on my milkshake was spoiled. Raside basically sour! simply will not order anything else and...

This was the second time in three days we have been to the Yellville, AR Sonic. The people are really nice, but...that being said there are problems. My husband went on Sunday and ordered. He asked three times if they had his order correct. He got the order and drove 15 miles home, opened the sack, and found only one sandwich. Now, while he wasn't chargered wit the missing sandwich, one person had no lunch.

Today I took my granddaughter and went back. I ordered a large diet strawberry limeade. That is what came up on the order screen. When I got home with it, again 15 miles, it was a cherry limeade...not even sure it was diet.

In the past year Sonic has become immensely frustrating. Both the website and the mobile app are frequently unusual. Many discounts aren’t received if you don’t use the website or mobile app. Apple Pay doesn’t work without the website or mobile app. For the past couple months the website had been working and I was going to Sonic daily. They updated the website and now it doesn’t work on my phone again. The mobile app still doesn’t work. I’ve reported the problems to corporate and never gotten any response. Just not acceptable. I’m going somewhere else.
