Breadeaux Pizza — Restaurant in Yellville

Passed by this place on our way home and decided to give it a try. Parking area is relatively small, but luckily there was plenty of parking. Interior is much larger than it appears from the outside. There are 2 large eat-in dining areas. No booths, but plenty of tables. Interior was clean. The two employees working were friendly and attentive. You go to the counter, place your order, and then your food is brought out to you. We noticed a lot of customers placing and picking up to go orders. We were the only dine in customers, but it was a Sunday too. We ordered a large order of the cheese bread, a medium Breadeaux Super Special pizza, and a small pepperoni pizza. Everything arrived piping hot and relatively fast. Everything was beyond delicious, especially the crust! The crust is to die for. I could seriously sit there and just munch on the crust. If I could rate this place no stars I would. The manager or whatever you want to call him over there by the name of Paul is very unprofessional and very sarcastic when handling messed up orders. This was my first time trying this place and I drove from flippin to pick it up. When I got back home with my 2pizzas they had no sauce on them and was just bread and cheese . so I took a picture of it to show them. When I sent the proof. Paul tried to say that it looked staged. Lol like come on man its a pizza that I just wanted right for my family. This place is very unclean as well. Paul refused yo make it right and basically called me a lie. I will never go back and would never recommend and you did No Such Thing by trying to fix the problem you never tried to remake pizzas or refund money so don't try and say that you did because if you do...

Almost 100% love it. Shannon is the absolute best. You could not ask for a better general manager for any business. She can handle anything. If it weren't for Susan, that is breakfast manager, they'd get 5 stars. She just has a horrible personality and should have retired years ago. She doesn't need to work with the public, as a cashier, if I treated people like Susan does, I'd have been fired years ago. The food is excellent (lunch and dinner). The breakfast could be a lot better. Hire me as breakfast manager and you'll get 5 stars for breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu is always satisfying.
