Don't waste your time! They had a piece of furniture listed on craigslist I was interested in. I communicated with them by email prior to driving the 45minutes to there 'Outlet store' to ensure it was still available. The place itself was quite scary, I had to turn the lights on myself then call their phone number to get assistance. They showed me the file cabinet that was posted and told me I would have to get a key made myself for the file cabinet that was advertised as locking!! Can you believe that! With no apology or attempt on their part to find another file cabinet for me I left. Additionally it was advertised as sturdy and was about the flimsiest metal ever! False advertisement, Poor customer service and Poor quality of products! Don't' waste your time like...

If you need office furniture at great prices then this is the place to check out. Very friendly and very helpful. Take your own measuring tape or use theirs. Browse through several floors of a very large warehouse full of used office furniture. If you don't find what you want in their used inventory then ask them about new. I purchased a new office desk from them at an extremely reasonable price with free delivery. Assembly would have been extra but it was very easy for me to do it myself. I own a small business that is struggling to make ends meet. Me and my wife visited their store in need of office cubicles and new desks for our employees. They went out of there way to make sure we had high quality furniture at a huge discount to the point they could not have made to much of a profit. I think we paid 55% retail price.
