I have purchased a nice vape and some fluid to start my vaping experience.. The vape I purchased was spot on, The pocket x vape. Very nice design and very good ,with a lovely flavour and vaping experience. After probably 9. weeks of use I experienced a malfunction with device so purchased some new coils and a new tank, to which I replaced both but still had th same exact problem. So I emailed vape shop about my problem and. Within a few hours had a reply advising me to go through the process steps of charging and changed the coil ,but the same outcome. Emailed them back got a reply next day to send the product back to be checked. Found to be faulty so they are sending me a new device with some fluid and the money it cost to send recorded delivery. Absolutely brilliant company the customer service team are outstanding and very helpful to your every need and very professional and understanding. Very good experience with this company and I would highly recommend the vapeshop 1million % ,Thank you for your amazing products and services 😀 look forward to ordering my next batch of juice and coils etc. Thanks, kapil bro...

Dropped by this place out of curiosity, and I’m already thinking it might be my last visit. What really got me was the pricing on their vapes, which were super high compared to nearby stores.
