My 16 year old daughter is a cheerleader with her high school, and since there has been a new cheer coach, we have been struggling... she was one of the main flyers on her squad, and now the coach has pulled her from stunts saying she isn't doing what she needs to do... mind you my daughter LOVES cheer and practices ALL THE TIME... for whatever reason the coach and my daughter just are clashing and since we had been talking about putting her in classes to tumble I thought why not put her in a flyers class and we can see what is really going on. Do I think my daughter has things to improve on; of course I do but it's been a struggle and I see her losing her passion for cheer which is hard to watch but let me tell you!!! We have been to 1 yes I said 1 flyer class here at next level and my child came out of that class so happy and excited and full of love for cheer that she has been missing from her school cheer!!!! I know this is a long review but my child walked into this new place where she knows no one(we drive an hr to be there) and those girls welcomed her with open arms and she felt amazing stunting with them! She feels hopeful and excited to improve and learn all she can from them! I'm excited to see what is to come with this and to start her tumble...
Read moreMy daughter is on the sideline cheer and I can’t rave about Julie and Laya enough. They love what they do and are sweet with the kids. However, my daughters dream was to learn to do a cartwheel. So, I pay $100 a month for Hollyn class and she does not like kids at all, she puts them all in a obstacle course teaches nothing just rotates! So for $100 my daughter spends an hour practicing the something she has zero idea how to do. Then at the end of each month she “grades” her on the her performance that she was never taught. How is she supposed to improve if no one takes the time to teach her? Plus Hollyn makes very clear she does not like kids with her posture with them and demeanor. She makes him feel like they are an inconvenience...
Read moreI absolutely cannot say enough good things about Next Level. Absolutely everything is second to none. My daughter cheers on the younger competition team. The amount of growth both athletically and personally I have seen in her over the last year is incredible. Andrea and all of her staff provides my daughter a safe, motivational, and positive place to spend her time. She looks up to her coaches and they are all such incredible role models for her! Even in very personal situations Andrea and her coaches have supported and encouraged her. They truly have become an extension of our family and I am so grateful to be a member of this gym!
I would highly recommend next level to anyone considering tumbling or cheer classes for...
