Nothing upsets me more than when the manager comes on the phone and attempts to play with words. I ordered 4 brownie sundaes to be delivered and since that's all I ever order, I knew immediately that they were not right. They made a brownie sundae fit in a smaller 1 scoop cup and refused to make it right. The manager told me to contact door dash as if they made my order. To spend that much money and to get poor service and poor excuses is evident sign of bad management and customer service. Since i moved here, I wondered why the teenagers who work in there are so rude and dismissive. But It's always a reflection of bad management. This also happened in New Iberia.
