If I could give Zero I would...I was recommended to them from a friend of mine, did my research and dropped off my golf cart seats 3 weeks ago...They were supposed to be ready in 2 weeks.....I check 2 weeks later and they are not done....I'm flexible and understand that things happen, so they tell me another week...I call today and they say the same thing another week...I call back and tell them forget it, I'll take my business elsewhere...I make a comment that I'd like to speak to the owner and see why my seats are not complete and I make the accusation that they are putting other jobs ahead of mine...The employee actually tells me that this is true, the owner has taken on too much work from cart dealers and is pushing those jobs to the front of the line delaying those of us that are "Average Joe's" When I went to pick up the seats the employees again validated that was indeed the case and that the owner dictates what jobs get done and in what order...The employee begged me to give them a chance and seemed very sincere and apologetic but I could not, in good faith, let that owner take a dollar from me....No calls from the owner, no explanation from the owner who just appears to put his employees in the line of fire for his poor business decisions and acumen...If you're just a golfer or recreational cart user go somewhere else...I ended up going to Devine Design Upholstery right up the road...Great service so far will see what the end...

Whenever I read online reviews, I always wonder if they are authentic - could they be written by the owner, employee, relative in order to boost business? That is not this review. It is authentic. In fact, I gave Ron Anderson permission to share my name and number if any reader wishes to verify it or has questions. I recently took my dining room chairs to Sun City Upholstery and met with Ron Anderson, the owner, who spent considerable time with me explaining what the job entailed, the cost, and the wait time involved. I decided to proceed with the work, and I can tell you - don’t go anyplace other than Sun City Upholstery. While the wait time for your completed project may be longer than you anticipated, it is well worth the wait. The entire experience from beginning to end was professional from the receptionist, Wendy, who is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and a HUGE help, to Carlos who did the outstanding and perfect upholstery job on my dining room chair seats. And, Tyler, who picked up and delivered my chairs and handled them carefully and always protected them while in transit. Thank you - each of you. And as for Ron, he knows his business and could answer without hesitation all of my questions, leaving me assured that my job was in good hands - no, not good hands, the BEST hands. Don’t hesitate to entrust your project to Sun...

Ron and his team at Sun City Upholstery were outstanding. They custom made an enclosure for my golf cart that was exceptionally crafted. It is so well done that it is almost air tight. It will be very comfortable to drive this cart around this winter. It looks fantastic and the professional talent is very apparent. Beyond their outstanding work, they also provided the needed storage solution for the enclosure when it is not on the cart. They took the time to build a system that I was easily able to mount to my garage wall. This system has directions written right on it for what piece fits well. It took me all of 15 min to completely remove and hang the enclosure. It was an aspect of this purchase that I had not even thought of and they went over and above by providing this material. They also spent extra time showing me how to properly remove and maintain the enclosure. I was and am completely blown away by the manner this company went well beyond what I was expecting throughout the process. I would and will highly recommend anyone looking for any type of upholstery, but especially golf cart covered to give...
