i have never written a review in my life but i feel like i have to warn people. For one, Linda told me not to get a groupon deal and now i understand why. I showed her the picture of what i wanted to have and even though she told me she cant get me that color right away it didnt even come close to what i wanted. the so called balayage was horrible. the styling was something that my 4 year old son can do ( i understand that she was in a rush but that is not my concern as a customer) and when she was washing my hair i thought she would rip my scalp off and my numerous OUches didnt change anything. And then she charged me quite a bit. I got in the car and started crying. My hair looked horrible, i spent 4 hours of my life ( and money) on smth i hated and she didnt seem to care. Is it customer service? i called her after saying that i am completely unhappy with her work (she did spent a lot of time with me cause i have very thick hair) and that i wanted a refund cause now i have to go and redo the hair ( btw i was waiting to go and do my hair for a year as it is not easy for me to leave the house for that long as a have a newborn so i was really looking forward for some "me" time). Linda told me that i can come back and she could do some treatment on my hair. I asked for a refund again but she told me the same thing. i was very surprised. I was having a lot of breakage and hair shedding. My hair had been lightened for about three years and I have a lot of hair that continued to grow. I mentioned this to more than one stylist but I wasn't able to find a cure for my damaged hair until I found Euphoria Reign Wigs and Hair. Colored and lightened hair must be treated in order to maintain health manageability. Many stylists can color hair well, but that doesn't mean they know how to maintain it. If a stylist doesn't color or lighten hair they don't know how to treat hair that has been colored/lightened.

She does a great job but after Groupons deal for my first time visit . I ended up getting charged $345 for root touch up . highlights you could not see which was not even partial and I explained I wanted lots of highlights .. Deep conditioning which I knew was $56 but had no idea she was going to charge me $345 and my hair is considered a little longer than short . She was extremely busy she had 4 clients working on us all at the same time spent 4 hours there . $345 at the end of day was never discussed. I guess it’s sad because I really enjoyed being her client but will not be back . She should have discussed what the fees would be for each thing she did so I could have known before letting her proceed. So Groupons price is great but after using Groupon deal .
