I went in today for some help with my somewhat older computer. The computer was sparking when the charger was plugged in. Wayne was very helpful and quick to identify the issue. He even found the things I needed on Amazon to ensure I got the right ones. He told me if anything else was needed to please come back and he would further diagnose the issues. While he was working on the computer, I commented on the array of cell phone cases and joked that my cell phone is so old (iPhone 8) and in need of a new case but they are hard to find.
